NEW YORK BUSINESSES · REMOTE CLIENTS NATIONWIDE

Monthly book closing.
A clearer finish.

A month isn’t really closed until the details make sense. Get a consistent close process that brings your accounts, transactions, and outstanding questions together.

Let’s talk about your books ↗

15+ years of experience. A conversation before a commitment.

THE WORK BEHIND THE CLARITY

Make room for a clearer picture.

01

Connect every transaction.

Match statement activity to the accounting records. Work through missing entries, duplicate transactions, transfers, and unexplained differences.

02

Review the balances.

Review the agreed accounts and open payables, match supporting records, and identify items that still need information or a decision.

03

Close with context.

Prepare the agreed month-end reports and explain what changed. Keep unresolved questions visible so they don’t quietly carry into the next month.

SIMPLE NEXT STEPS

Start where you are.
We’ll work from there.

Scope and pricing depend on your accounts, records, and the periods involved. We agree on the work before it begins.

  1. Review your starting point

Your software, accounts, reporting needs, and last completed close.

  2. Agree on the monthly rhythm

The close period, records needed, responsibilities, and reporting scope.

  3. Work through the month

Reconcile, resolve questions, review balances, and discuss the results.

GOOD QUESTIONS, CLEAR ANSWERS

A few things to know.

What is included in a monthly close?

The scope can include bank and credit-card reconciliation, transaction matching, purchase-order and vendor-bill matching, accounts-payable review, and month-end reporting. We agree on the accounts and deliverables before work begins.

What if earlier months are still open?

We first review how much catch-up or cleanup is needed. That work is scoped separately so the ongoing monthly close starts from a clearer foundation.
